Jail Visitation Rules

  1. All visitors are subject to search, which can include the visitor’s person and clothing.
  2. Visitors may not bring purses, jackets, hats, wraps, or bags into the facility. These items should be secured in their vehicle prior to entry into the detention facility.
  3. Inmates may receive visitors on Sundays from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM.
  4. No person 11 years old or younger will be allowed to participate in visitation.
  5. All persons 12 years to 17 years of age are REQUIRED to be accompanied by an adult.
  6. All persons 16 years of age and older are REQUIRED to show a photo identification card.
  7. All visitors must be properly dressed according to the following standards:
    • Halter tops, tank tops, muscle shirts, spaghetti strap shirts, sleeveless shirts, strapless tube tops, swimsuits, athletic clothing, mini-skirts, and/or sexually suggestive clothing are prohibited. Blouses, shirts, and/or tops must completely cover the stomach area; no bare mid-riffs are permitted.
    • Skirts, dresses, and shorts must be 2 inches above the knees or lower.
    • Gang colors and other gang displays (ex. hand signals) are prohibited.
    • Undergarments shall be worn, including, but not limited to bras, panties, boxers, briefs, t-shirts, panty hose, etc.
  8. No weapons of any kind are to be taken into the detention facility by any visitor.
  9. All persons are limited to one 20-minute visit per week.
  10. All persons wishing to participate in visitation must sign in on the visitor roster.
  11. Quiet orderly conduct is required at all times.
  12. Physical contact between the inmate and the visitor is NOT permitted.
