- 3 cents from interest, rents & etc.
- 2 cents from fines & forfeits
Out of each dollar the City spends:
- 37 cents for police, fire and building inspection
- 21 cents for streets, garbage, trash collection, eng. & projects
- 13 cents for payment on debt
- 10 cents for parks & rec., animal shelter, youth services & culture
- 8 cents for general government
- 7 cents for insurance, data processing, garage, planning, etc.
- 4 cents for community services contracts
